PTR (rdns) records are reverse zones for ip addresses, these zones are used to get the domain name by ip address. These records can be registered to your ip addresses on VPS / VDS services. To do this, after activating the server, after you have received the ip addresses, send a request to technical support of the form:

IP
PTR
89.xxx.186.xxx
domain1.tld
89.xxx.187.xxx
domain2.tld
79.xxx.71.xxx
name.domain2.tld

Where 89.xxx.186.xxx is the ip address of your server, and domain1.tld is the reverse entry, the existing domain. These records are primarily important for sending e-mail because the receiving server checks these records for consistency. If the record does not match, marks the email as spam or rejects it altogether. In most cases, PTR records are registered 1 time for the entire period of the server's use and only needs to be changed if your domain changes, which happens very rarely.

Please note! Changing PTR (rdns) records is only possible on VPS/VDS server service and no more than once a quarter (3 months).
